In June, Guochang company launched the operation and maintenance water quality skills competition among project departments, and the competition time is June 15-30, 2018. The competition is divided into biochemical and decolorization groups according to different processes.
The biochemical group competes with the biochemical technology operation and maintenance process of coking wastewater operation and maintenance, including the whole process of homogenization, aerobic, anaerobic, coagulation and sedimentation of influent, and takes the COD of effluent as the key index for evaluation. The decolorization group competes with the decolorization technology, mainly adding the company's patented decolorization technology after the traditional biochemical process. Not only the water quality meets the standard, but also the treated water is clear and bright, with good appearance. In addition to cod, the evaluation index also increases the chromaticity index. The production technology department shall determine the scoring standard of the competition, and the central laboratory shall be the arbitration organization. There are five levels of awards, namely 20000 first prize, 15000 second prize, 12000 third prize, 11000 fourth prize and 10000 fifth prize.
Each project director has carried out warm-up work before the competition, trained employees, strictly investigated the process discipline, released the water quality status every day, and wanted to be the first in the competition.
